THE DEVELOPMENT

Chapter London Bridge is a 39-storey student accommodation tower beside The Shard, providing 900 room student accomodation.

Developed by Greystar with Mace delivering the building. 

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), the tower features a slim modern form with textured façades and large glazed areas that respond to the surrounding high-rise skyline.

Robust CEL aviation lights compliant to CAA / EASA / ICAO installed complete with inbuilt BMS fault monitoring, WIFI monitoring and 3hr UPS battery backup.
