One Blackfriars structurally topped out in 2018. This residential tall building stands on the south side of Blackfriars Bridge in London.

Located in Southwark, this glass-panelled building is in close proximity to the City and its 163m curved structure forms an elegant presence along the River Thames. The tower height and position is captured by CAA regulations and presents its self as an aviation concern to passing helicopter traffic that route along the river below.

One Blackfriars has been fitted with compliant CEL Medium Intensity Red Aviation Lighting and network BMS linked controllers. The aircraft warning lighting has been located to provide omni-directional lighting coverage at LVL 28, LVL 40 & LVL 50.

The intermediary level CEL aviation lights are fitted into façade enclosures, and these also mitigate from any unwanted glare into adjacent apartments.
